About Caguas, Puerto Rico

Caguas is a city and municipality in central eastern Puerto Rico. As with the rest of Puerto Rico, the Taínos were the primary group living in the valley at the time of the Spanish arrival. The Spanish conquistadors further developed the agriculture in the valley, while also establishing mines in search of gold, silver and copper. Local malls include Plaza del Carmen Mall, Plaza Centro Mall, and Las Catalinas Mall. (Wikipedia)

Does the school pay you to attend?

PPG Technical College funds essentially no grants of its own — almost all aid here comes from federal (Pell), state, or outside sources rather than the school's own discount. Its sticker price is what it is.
