About Maitland, Florida

Maitland is a suburban city in Orange County, Florida, United States, part of the Greater Orlando area. Maitland is one of the oldest incorporated suburban municipalities in central Florida. The town was originally named for a nearby Lake, which honored Captain William Seton Maitland, who fought in the Second Seminole Indian War, and was slain in the Battle of Wahoo Swamp. The Maitland Center was established in 1982 adjacent to Interstate 4. Today its 226 acres (91 ha) include over 400 businesses and over 45 office buildings. (Wikipedia)

Does the school pay you to attend?

Cortiva Institute funds essentially no grants of its own — almost all aid here comes from federal (Pell), state, or outside sources rather than the school's own discount. Its sticker price is what it is.

Solid value

A reasonable return: earnings comfortably clear the debt over a few years for most students who finish.

Earnings are the College Scorecard median for former students (working, not enrolled) 10 years after entry — not a guarantee, and they vary a lot by major. Debt is the median federal loan balance at graduation.
